Limit one dress to try per customer at a time. If a dress is unavailable to try, we will notify you immediately via email, with the expected wait time. You are free to modify your order at this time or request the sample for a later delivery date.

You have five days to try on the samples, and then send them back to us, in their original package and with a prepaid shipping label that we’ll include in the box.

The five day trial begins the day after your package has been delivered, and ends five days after that.

All orders are delivered with FedEx. Orders are delivered Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

We recommend that you keep a record of the tracking information when you return the samples, in case of dispute.

Items may not be worn out during the five day trial. All items must be returned with garment tags and labels attached and in their original state.

Returns that have been visibly used or altered will be subject to a fee. If, for some reason, you are unable to get the box in the mail to us by the end of the stipulated trial period, we ask you to email us and we are happy to work out a solution.

If Try It First items are not returned, are returned damaged, or are significantly late without prior communication to let us know, we reserve the right to charge your authorized credit card for the full retail price of the items.

Credit cards will be temporarily charged with a $25.00 charge. This is for security purposes, and will not be permanently charged to your card. Our Try It First service is completely free for you, as long as you play by the rules!
